I came to Home Kineto with a lower back pain and at Cosmin's guidance I purchased the package of 10 sessions that I worked with Petru. After just a few sessions, pain relief was felt and after the pack was finished, I continued (still doing this now) with two sessions a month. I noticed that it is doing very well, and now I look at the whole program as a fitness training. Thank you Petru for the way you engage with everyone who comes here, I noticed a lot of dedication and professionalism in the way you work, not to mention the patience you show. :)

Personally, I came with my left leg completely lacking in strength, whole nights sleepless in pain and Cosmin worked with me from the very beginning to detect the disc herniation and form a program adapted to my availability and condition. After 6 months, of efforts and patience, together with his team, I became a fully functional and happy man again.

My experience continues, and I consider it beneficial. In the evening, I do my exercises accompanied by Cosmin's recordings. Thank you! I am extremely grateful that I discovered you! Thanks to you, after 8 weeks of hellish pain (sciatica crisis), now I feel good again... the pain subsided after the first physical therapy session! It's already been a week since I stopped taking anti-inflammatories...it's incredible!
In the meantime, I also did an MRI for the lumbar area. I don't have the result yet... I'll let you know later!

I don't want it to sound like teleshopping testimonials. Below you have a collage of two MRIs taken 6 months apart. The first MRI brought me to the Home Kineto office on December 14, 2023. I started from not being able to get out of bed, not being able to put on shoes, not being able to drive. The doctors who consulted me told me that it is necessary to operate. I did infiltrations, electrotherapy, Dexa for 2 weeks. I was walking hard. I mention that I work in a field where I put in a lot of effort and I didn't even tidy up much. I pulled myself until I couldn't move anymore. I know about Home Kineto from YouTube. Because in 2022 I had another crisis, much milder, which I treated with painkillers and ointments, but also with exercises for sciatica. I didn't know if I had it or not, but someone older recommended it to me and I said I should try it. And he helped me. In 2023 the herniated disc was going to put me on the rocks. I did an MRI and I was clearly told that 90% is operable. Having friends who had surgery and after a few years the problem came back, I said to try the kineto option. Doctor Ciocârlan explained to me where the problem is, why the doctors recommended surgery and what is the plan he recommends. We agreed on the online program (because I'm not from Bucharest) and some physical meetings for clarifications and checks. I strictly followed absolutely everything I was told, I asked when I had any questions and I was always answered with availability and interest. After 6 months (June 2024) my situation is the one in the rmn image at the bottom. Now I do the maintenance exercises. I am very happy with the progress. Go to the consultation with confidence and follow what is recommended to you. You will prove me right.

Hi all. After various attempts to recover at home with a specialist or at other clinics without results, I tried with these wonderful people. I mention that 3 months ago I was operated on for L4/L5 lumbar disc herniation. In just 10 recovery sessions I achieved what I have not achieved in over 5 years of recovery elsewhere. There are many storytellers, many pseudo-specialists. Search until you find a professional in this field. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cosmin Ciocarlan, with whom I work online. Attention, I'm not advertising here, because that's not what I'm interested in. You can also find other professionals. But I can't help but promote this man, if he really deserves it.
There are enough videos on the net, educational, many free, but one thing is to approach it correctly, under the guidance of a specialist, and another is to do it by ear.
Another extremely important thing is the fact that sports, physical therapy work wonders. It disciplines you, makes you responsible, educates you and contributes decisively to the patient's health.
There is a lot to tell and I don't want to bore you, but I wanted to honestly say my point of view.
I hope that this review will give courage to many people who are going through this problem and need an honest advice, a real point of view.

I arrived at Mr. Dr.'s office thanks to the YouTube channel. Like the first impression, I liked the patience from the first consultation. I started with the subscription of 10 sessions of which I did 7 sessions and I already feel that my lumbar pain has decreased in intensity and I was taught to have a correct posture, because it was missing from any movement. For the first time, I got rid of the lumbar blockage in 2 days by doing some exercises recommended by Mr. Dr. and without taking painkillers. I worked with Mr. Dr as well as with Petru the physical therapist, I am very satisfied with the results.

The guys are very professional and implicated. I went there for some problems with cervical spine and I feel much better after the sessions, even the MRI it's looking better. More than that they are giving you homework, meaning some exercises to do home so when the sessions are done working by yourself to keep the good state.
